European Solidarity Corps (ESC)
- Long-term, 2-12 month projects in Europe
- Age 18-30
- Fully-funded by the European Solidarity Corps
- Volunteers can participate only once in an individual project, and an unlimited number of times in group projects.
Short-Term Projects in Europe
- Short-term, 2-3 week projects in Europe
- Age 18+
- Low-cost membership and travel fees
- Volunteers can participate in more than one project, with lower fees for additional projects
Long-Term Projects Worldwide
- Worldwide
- 18 years and over (volunteers must be at least 21 years old to volunteer in the Global South)
- 1 to 12 months
- Volunteers pay a project fee and for their travel
- Food and accommodation provided

Dublin Local Group
The Dublin Local Group (DLG) of VSI is a group of volunteers who are involved in a range of voluntary and community service work in the Dublin area. This involves;
- Painting and decorating homes for the elderly, disabled and otherwise marginalised members of the local Dublin community.
- Weekend projects for particular community or non-profit making organisations.
- Organising social evenings or weekends away for our members.
- Fundraising and publicity activities
- Working with other groups and organisations to complete specific projects
