VSI Volunteers head to Kosovo and Armenia

Fran Baker from Dublin, started his nine month EVS Volunteer Project at a centre for children and young people with disabilities in Yerevan, Armenia in July. He writes ' I'm in a house with a load of other people until tomorrow, then on my own, then going to an orphanage for another camp with international volunteers next week. The language is coming along well and the novelty of my Irishness hasn't worn off just yet. It is always bloody hot which is something that takes a while to get used to. I should be acclimatised by winter.'

Ruth Barrett from Sligo has just arrived in Pristina, Kosovo where she will work on her EVS project with young people from minority groups for the next nine months. She took part in her on arrival training in Sarajevo and we look forward to receiving more updates during the coming months.
